This year there will be something different, in order to make each birthday wish more personal on the owners part.  I've decided to have submission in a handwritten format.  So get out all those colorful marks and pretty paper and design scissors and get to work on being creative, you can basically do anything on the page you'd like.  Once your done with your page submit your piece by scanning or take a digital photograph of your letter and submit it.  If you have no way to do this you can always just type something up.
